   One consolation is that the underground church in Iran is presently the fastest growing in the world. The leadership is young and in many cases they are women. Bravo! Of course we need to pray for the persecuted church as never before.

   I connect with a prayer movement in South Africa called to intercede especially for the church in China, which as pointed out, is becoming unbearably monitored and stifled.

     I think it was Tertullian who said that the blood of martyrs is the seed of the church.
